Lipault Australia is a luggage company owned by Samsonite Australia. It is most famous for creating foldable luggage solutions that are both fashionable and travel-friendly. In recent years Lipault has released limited ranges of luggage, handbags and backpacks in collaboration with key fashion houses.
This time it was Jean Paul Gaultier.
Lipault came to us wanting to create a short print-run of bespoke invitations to be sent to crucial fashion ambassadors to help market the Lipault x JPG collaboration and its range.
The invitation needed to convey the feeling of a highly sought-after event and range promotion that was not to be missed.
The solution took inspiration from the collaboration in the form of lightly textured paper stock, geometric type forms and a stripped back, highly visual layout.
The event saw an 80% attendance rate from key influencers of the fashion world with multiple write-ups in notable magazines and social posts that saw an uplift in sales for months to come.
