We begin each project by having an in-depth discussion with the client about what problem they want to solve.
What we want to understand is the following:
The client's brand
What gaps the client is experiencing
What they want the end product to look like
Any future goals that may need to be considered
We then begin fleshing the problem out with deep research & competitor exploration and analysis. This means that we will seek to understand the brand, how it's positioned (or how we could position it!) and consider ways we can incorporate the wants and needs of our clients.
It's during this stage where we will create a short presentation of our findings and provide some solutions that will meet the set objectives. From here we can iron-out any misunderstandings, receive and take on feedback and agree on the process to roll-out the decided solution.
Our previous two stages eliminate any unexpected results from the get-go. This is typically the most exciting stage of the process because you get to see your ideas take shape and come to life.
The design and testing stage can be as collaborative as our clients want. Some clients want to be more involved than others, but we tend to see more and more small- to mid-sized businesses choosing only to provide feedback at the final testing stage—and that's fine with us too!
