Bad Builders started out as an idea.
Our client revealed a problem that kay in the trade and building industry - that various tradespeople had no way of knowing if builders who had outsourced their services, were in fact trustworthy for payment.
Prior to this project, the only way tradespeople were able to have some idea about a builder was by word of mouth, and personal experience.
We decided that there needed to be a way for tradespeople to access this information at the click of a button. So we wanted to create a community where tradies could create an account, talk to one another and leave reviews and experiences.
The interface was designed to be easy and quick enough for tradespersons of all ages to access and use. For this reason the interface was designed to be straightforward, easy to navigate and perform search functions, as well an easy sign-up and create a profile process.
